Seriously, go hiking...or biking, walking, tennis, hit the gym, etc. Studies show that "people who engage in regular exercise (defined by the researchers as three times a week for at least 20 minutes) earn between six and 10 percent more money than those who do not."
Jeff Haden from Inc.com has a short post about it. It’s a good reminder, especially in these quarantine/shutdown days, that exercise will help you succeed.
